2. Standard Delivery Options
Outside of peak holiday periods, Killstar US offers standard shipping options for domestic and international customers.
- United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Standard shipping available from $10.
- International: Free standard shipping on orders over $250. Standard shipping available from $17.
- Australia & New Zealand: Free standard shipping on orders over $275. Standard shipping available from $17.
- Mexico: Free standard shipping on orders over $325. Standard shipping available from $17.

4. Pre-Order Shipping
Items offered as pre-orders will be shipped in accordance with the estimated dates listed on the individual product pages. These dates are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated via email using the address provided during checkout.
- Pre-order items incur a flat shipping fee per item.
- Domestic US pre-orders are charged $12.99 per item.
- International pre-orders are charged $29.99 per item.
- Pre-order shipping fees are applied in addition to any eligible shipping charges for the remainder of your order.
5. Package Protection
At checkout, customers may choose to add Green Package Protection powered by Route. This optional service provides coverage in the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
In addition to offering peace of mind, this protection option supports environmental initiatives. Each protected shipment contributes to agroforestry projects designed to reduce atmospheric carbon and promote long-term ecological balance.
Package Protection is optional but recommended, particularly for high-value or time-sensitive orders.
